Demographics of the SNHA
(Sourced from US Census)

Race and Ethnicity:
82% White, 10% Hispanic, 4% Black, 2% Asian, 2% Other
Per Capita Income: $32,823 US Per Capita Income: $33,831
Median Income: $65,810 US Median Income: $61,937

We can see that this region sees a higher median income than the US on average, but a lower rate of poverty. From this we can draw that this area experiences less income inequality than the US on average. As we look at the region, we see that Lancaster County experiences less poverty, as well as higher median and per capita income than York county. These differences are not very significant, but it is worth noting the economic differences as we move along the area.
